Hi Mari! Indeed I have been away a long time. Pretty good - I live at my mom's since she is getting on her years and we have a shared household - thinking it is no use me living in the town and she living out in the countryside. I have had a few jobs - but nothing really came of them. So now Im governmentsponsored unemployement project which has been going on for a year and a half. We'll see if it leads to any job that fits me.

Go on a holiday. Wait until people realise that teaching is not the same as transferring knowledge. Wait until they give me a raise before I actually decide to go back and teach.

if they dont need humans as teachers they wont need humans to be taught. Begetting children will be unnecessary because we are all made redundant. Of course the rich will continue to live the high life.

About almost everybody has drifted away, yes. It's been very quiet the last few years. The Hobbit movies failed to ignite interest again and I suppose people's lives got busy and their interests changed.
