"I must go, but on my own raod," I said."for I am looking for a dark and masterious (sp?) tower along the edge of some woods." I looked at Pelliadel from the corner of my eye, he perked up when he heard where we we going. "Would any of you happen to know the way?" I looked around the room.

The girl had cast a spell, he knew that, but it had not worked. Demon's are resistant to all kinds of magic, only stupid people would try such a thing. Nevertheless, the wound he had caused to one of them was all he had wanted to do, for it was a morgul knife and he had succesfully managed to break the tip as it touched her shoulder blade. Deathshadow fell to the ground in fained unconsciousness. Soon he felt himself being thrown in a ditch. His victims walked away as if they had triumphed. Fools! Deathshadow silently sprang to his feet into a nearby tree. Then, he sent a thought out to the girl who he had stabbed. She would soon succumb to his will and then he would be able to set her against them. He would slowly drain her of her willpower and her soul, and no healing powers or magic would help.

I looked at the company, they were all looking at the wounded girl, she had a fire in her eyes, feirce and terrifying, she was looking ahead of her, up at a tree. I looked at the tree. Nothing out of the unordinary. my eyes scanned the tree up and down and then to a ditch where the Demon Lord lay. "Pelliadel, the demon is gone." I wispered to my faithful companion. "Why do you tell me?" He said. "Go over there and make sure, maybe the he just roled farther down the ditch. Don't alarm the others." I watched him advance his way to the ditch, then I looked back at the girl, she was acting strange. I looked back to Pell, as he examined the ditch. He gave a wave of his hand. "The Demon is missing!" I shouted, they all focased there atention on me,"The demon is gone, he is no longer in the ditch!" They all crouched, alert in position, ready to slash anything that moves. Soon, Pelliadel was by my side again, his sword was drawn, just as mine.

"A tower?" Sadaki had become more alert at the words 'dark and mysterious tower,' but in the confusion, no one asked her.
The edges of that prickling, nagging fear were infringing on her mind again, but she forced herself to volunteer to search the area.
"I can look from trees at the surroundings, and can most likely move faster up there then you can down here."
After all, someone who is good at dodging and moving fast would probably survive better than a strong person in this situation.

Siren had jusked asked if she could go with them on their journey when she felt something, or someone, brushing through her thoughts, intruding in her mind. She struggled against it only a second, then suddenly found herself taking out the dagger the elf Sime had given to her. The others were looking about for Deathshadow, Another vampiress was talking to Sadaki, no one was looking at her anymore. She unwillingly raised the dagger high above her and turned to Ivy. NO!!! She screamed in her mind, and suddenly she dropped it on the ground and gave a short cry.

At the cry, Sadaki turned. "We'd better find the Demon fast," she said grimly, seeing the dagger and guessing what had happened. Without further words, she strode to the nearest tree and leapt easily into its branches, begginning to search from tree to tree. Suddenly, something moved behind her.
"What?" suddenly the fear was back, stronger than before. So strong that Sadaki couldn't even move beyond clutching at the branch she was on and staring, shaking, into the eyes of a Demon Lord.

The demonlord reappeared. I sighed, and rolled my eyes. "Just die already!" I snapped to myself. "Hey, Deathshadow, did you miss your mouse?" I asked, glaring at him.
"Foolish Vampire!" He snapped. He jumped towards me, and I pulled out my daggers. "Alright, if you really want to play." I said.

"let me take a look at that wound." drawing out some Athelas from one of my pockets, she crushed it and put it on the wound. "It is as I feared. This wound is deep, and there is a bit of dirt in the top of the wound. Here." taking out a pair of fine tweezers I probed the cut for peices of dirt or metal. I pulled out a peice of the blade she had been stabbed with."Now you should feel better." Unbeknowest to me, there was another splinter in the wound going ever closer to her heart.

ic: Nienna and Tarì heard a noise. It sounded as though something attacked. Nienna motioned with her head and they moved forward. When they got closer, they saw someone was wounded. Stepping out of the bushes, Nienna and Tarì came forward.

ooc: Adrian, if you would stop moving my carachter about, so far I've been knocked unconcious and jumped out of a tree without even willing to do so. Please rearrange that last few post. You don't know I'm in the tree and I'm not very easily goaded down out of places where I am supposedly nowhere to be seen! STOP GODMODDING!!!

ic: I stayed put in my tree staring at the group down below. One of them had guessed that my knife point had brohen as it had gone in, but they only removed a little because I broke it again and drove the tip so far it was scraping the tissue of her heart. It was working very well soon she would be under his complete control.
