If GRONK was a ME character then he'd rather be a happy go lucky bandit. Then GRONK could attack the fellowship of the ring, steal the ring, and then mistake the ring for a delicious onion ring and eat it. GRONK would love to put the ring's supposed indestructibility to the test. Yeah, being filled with evil and impervious to all but Mount Doom sounds nice, but lets see the ring survive a trip through GRONK's digestive tracts.
But you are what you eat... so if that worked, um, sure, the ring would be gone, but...well, I think you see what I mean.

Nonsense GRONK's digestive tracts are things of legend. GRONK thinks they could destroy the ring without corrupting GRONK.

*wonders why there is an alien in our midst, then smiles* Every planet would love Tolkien, of course! Then again, perhaps GRONK is just a creature from a Black Lagoon somewhere, ah, who knows?

"GRONK" already seems to be corrupted...

But then, ya can't be corrupted twice, can ya?

I don't think I'd relish the idea of being invisible for always, but we I suppose different people can have different tastes, even when it is simply from one onion to another.

Middle Earth, any worl besides earth in the Diadem series, Hogwarts(only a little bit of me wants to go there), the setting Pokemon(to catch the monsters), Narnia, the worlds connected by the Death Gate in the Death Gate novels, and maybe in Balinor from those books.

Yes, Aman would certainly be acceptable.

Middle Earth- during the War of the Ring so I could help. Then I would travel everywhere- Rivendell, Mirkwood, Rohan, Gondor, Dwarf places.
Also, Kyrnn, from Dragonlance. They have lots of magic, fighting, and religion there. Its so cool

Do you have much skill with weapons, or would you just automatically start out with that?

Most of the worlds are pretty cool. LotR is best, of course; it has by far the most lore, and the deepest history. I like the religion in DL, but also in the Belgariad, though the two are very different. Then again, there's whatever world the FF games take place in; those are cool, too.

I don't believe the discussion about fighting in a world.

You mean you're shocked that people would want to go to a world to help in a struggle? Different people want to go to places for different reasons. GRONK wants to take over the world !

i'd want to go to Middlearth during the War of the Ring or Tortall. Or maybe live in the North half of the world in Jennifer Roberson's books. I'd become a sword-dancer then.

I admit that I have not read all 6 pages but my favourite fantasy world is where Jon-Tom Meriweather meets Mudge and the turtle magician and can do magic with rocksongs. Also I don´t know the original title of the books. The translated title is "Bannsänger". Does anybody know the books of Alan Dean Foster?

re

Well, Middle-Earth would be cool, though it might get boring since there is almost zero conflict after the one ring is destroyed (though hanging around the bachelor pad with Treebeard for eternity would be cool ). I'd have to say the Riftwar universe... lots of interesting places to go and lots of different paths in life to take. But if SW counts... then definately SW (NOT counting those terrible NJO books).

Hi!!!!
These are in no order whatsoever.
Place & character I would be:
Middle Earth;Aragorn.
Hogwarts;Harry Potter.
Star Wars;Han Solo.
Babylon 5;John J. Sheridan.

This stuff is THE best in the WORLD.

Different subject: In school today, I graduated to Algebra 1. Be still, my beating heart.

NOT!!!!!!! Ask me 'bout my V-Day if you want a laugh. I'll be around.....

I would choose Narnia or somewhere in Wizarding Britain from Harry Potter (not necessarily Hogwarts), and I suppose Middle Earth wouldn't be too bad, if I had to live there
