What was the name of the man Gandalf spoke to at the wall of the Pelennor?

Grey ship, grey ship, do you hear them calling,
The voices of my people that have gone before me?
I will leave, I will leave the woods that bore me;
For our days are ending and our years failing.
I will pass the wide waters lonely sailing.
Long are the waves on the Last Shore falling,
Sweet are the voices in the lost Isle calling,
In Eresëa, in Elvenhome that no man can discover,
Where the leaves fall not: land of my people forever!”

How many days was Eowyn supposed to stay on bedrest according to the Warden of the Houses of Healing?

I feel like we just had this...though I suppose it could have been somewhere else. I'm pretty sure it was 10.

oh, I suppose I missed that one. I will change my question then, the answer was seven. new question:

to what do the Elves have no answer, according to Legolas?

I realize that this would be very dificult to find so here is a hint: is in the chapter, The Last Debate.

Indeed, a great question. The elves say yes and no in the same answer.

Nah, you just need a breather. Take the day off and thumb through your book.
