That would be the seven Chronicles of Narnia, the Space Trilogy (Out of the Silent Planet, Perelandra, That Hideous Strength), Screwtape, poems, short stories et alia which are literary expressions of erudition and mdievalism and theology.

Then there are the frankly apologetic writings ... whcich I think you mean to distinguish by differentiating them as non-fiction.

OOOOOHhhhhhh, this shall be fun!

(Not that any writer would put their nonfiction view of life in a work of fiction!)

My mom just read the Abolition of Man. I'm supposed to read parts of it...good stuff for why I want to go to a Christian liberal arts college (beef up my essays).

Would that be the nonfiction version of the Bible as Textus Receptus, KJV, ASV, RSV, interlinear Greek and/or Hebrew, et cetera et cetera ad astra?

Or do we get to settle for the fictional account of that work in BJ's mental apparatus?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm......decisions, decisions!

The whole thing was pretty believable until the part about the Guest Register, if you ask me. I could swallow the whole thing except for the Guest Register. How did the whale get the Register back on the podium even if it did inadverdently upchuck the Register. And the inkwell, how'd that get refilled and replaced? Was it vellum or papyrus register? Indelible or washable ink? Blue or Black?

I think Inked is going to the top of my list of witty mooters who's wit I can hardly comprehend, though I like it.

A cartoon post-card, actually. It shows Jonah struggling to get up in the belly of the great fish, surrounded by seaweed and other flopping fishes, and there right in front of him is a podium with a guest register on it. The heading is "God has a little fun with Jonah".

Remember O' Darth Rohirrous, thou art not infallible!

I think the problem with us Lewisians is that we're so Clean. We group things nicely when we talk about Narnia or Lewis. (Probably something that Lewis inspires:cleansliness). Therefore, there arent a mass amount of threads for moderators to deal with.

Is the narnia forum wanted by enough people or not?

(I'm feeling very frustrated about all this)

i think so, we have a ton of votes, maybe hector will have good news for us soon.
Darth Hectorus: Narnia forum will be passed soon
Darth rohirrous: When is "soon"?
Darth Hectorus: I call all times soon.
Darth rohirrous: That figures.
