I got my hair dyed today!

It's not as light as I wanted to go, but I do like it because it looks very natural.

It's got some highlights, but it's pretty subtle... in the sunlight it's clear that my hair is lighter, but it's a small enough change that my mother didn't even notice till I mentioned it. She liked it, despite her previous hissyfit.

I give up. I never quite manage to think of the word 'gay' in any other meaning than cheerful and colourful, the meaning I first learned in class. Damn you, Lady of Shalot. Every time I hear the word gay, my first thought is always of sunshine, rainbows, happy smiles and coloured ribbons. So whyyyy do people always diss the coloured ribbons?! How can anyone be negative about coloured ribbons?!

Aaaanyway, pointless anecdotes aside, Sulu is cool.

This is the first time I've watched AI, and the talent just blows me away. My favorite thing is to tape it, and then I can skip past all the chatty parts and just listen to those guys SING IT! WOW!!!
