You have to hydrate (drink lots of water) to avoid the headache. Doesn't mean you won't necessarily get one. But the water helps a lot.

Yup, pretty hard to get he decent dark German stuff here tho'........Loveling clutches his bottle of McEwans Export......it's has to be said, the Scots do have a way with a dark brew
