Shah: your funeral.

Katt: Are you gonna come to my funeral?

Shah: No.

Katt: Oh. Ok. *drinks* This reminds me of a quote:

Quote:
Bart: A man drink like that and don't eat, he is going to die.

Jim: *whistfully* When?
Katt: Ah, Gene Wilder. I'll have pleasnt dreams now.

Turkey: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA SOMEONE GET ME OUT OF HERE! I'M ON FIRE!

Shah: Crap. The turkey still isn't done.

Not true. Ever had pot brownies? Or chewed on raw grass? Believe me, it works extremely efficiently when ingested. I can definitely attest 2 that.

The horses have the munchies now - hey, is Buckwheat trying to open the oven? The turkey...

"Sorry! Sorry for taking so long!" Lief exclaimed. "It's my first time with cooking turkey, you must understand. When I finish it, I'm going to have some along side my pizza, plus a burrito, plus Christmas bread, plus sourdough bread, plus some wild rice casserol!"

Lief glanced in the direction of Spock's transporters, thinking of all he would have to get from the Teacup Café.

Lief examined the turkey more closely. "What do you think, Shah? Done yet?"

That turkey's still talking, so I think he has a ways to go before he's cooked. Rian made eggrolls to tide us over, and i see you brought burritos & stuff... hey, if you're gonna use Spock's transporter, can you remember to bring another case of booze from the liquor pantryroom at the Teacup? We're already running low.

"Fine. Goodbye." Lief grabbed Spock's communicator. "One to beam to the Teacup Café."

When he reemerged, he was heavy laden with delicious foodstuffs. "Here's your booze, Lotesse," he said, passing her a cardboard box full of bottles. "I didn't know what kind you like, so I just took some of everything.

"Burritos, casserol, sourdough bread, Christmas bread, plus cranberry sauce and potatoes to restore our dwindled supply. I'll see what others recommend."

Lief beamed back to the Café.

Illogical and impossible as I beamed out at 0912 and you posted at 0941....so perhaps you're using a Romulan device?

Lady M: *Reappears and immediately starts putting the cooking stuff back in order.* Holy buckets of fuzz... I leave for a day to make the trip home and come back to find that everything has gone to pot. Literally.

*maifests a long table in the middle of the clearing*

Any food that is ready to be eaten should be put over there. No food under the table please.

*continues to cook and starts to loudly and happily hum a random mix of christmas carols and irish drinking tunes*

*shah ducks and dodges the lethal projectiles flying her way*

Shah: Ya Issa! In comming? Oh! I'll give you incoming! *Launches two arrows in succession at TD and Rian, pinning them to the table out of reach of their bows*

Rian: Hey! My magical dress! Augh!

Shah: Shame on you woman! You call yourself an archer! First rule, never point your weapon at something or some one you DONT intend to kill! TD, well, I should have prepared as much!

TD: *sheepish grin*

*Shah sets up an archery range DOWN RANGE of where every one is eating. She then goes and helps maggie, on the way, summoning some music, lutes, violins and the lot. She also calls up some elfly friends to come join the party. In the mean time she yanks Maggie into a dance*

Shah: Well done Lief! I declare the Turkey done! Now, onto the ducks, they are smaller and take a little less time! *shows Lief how its done, and occasionally steps aside from dancing to help out the fledgling cook*
