how about this one ...

you need to read the mooter's name (not the clue) backwards and if there are more than one part to a name it'll be the part you would read first, reading it beackwards

(eg Butterbeer would be reebrettubb or crazy squirrel would just be lerriuqs, unless you wanted or needed to use the previous name reading backwards then crazy squiirel would be BLANK yzarc etc - so in this case the clue might be ... BLANK beyond X these 2 are found followed by Noah's mispelt boat ...)

so who is this:

as a running river might ... or a descrption of movement ... or a story perhaps does this?
