Boondocks are actually not what I mean them as. The proper definition for boondocks is: backwoods, or far into the countryside.

Oh, the speculaas is done, so go ahead. I would ignore the pieces on the left though, they got a bit burned. Perhaps the dog will like it.

I love this time of year! Great weather, hot drinks, speculaas and pepernoten. Wonderful!

It's good to be perfect, you get to be content with the small things of life as well
