Yep, but certain places you can get Angus beef which is very good and doesn't lose it's flavor when you add cheese and or bacon or even mushrooms for that matter.

I live in a small town that has a meat packing plant as one of its primary businesses. All the restaurants serve angus. I know what your mean about angus. I don't like all the extra grease that cheese adds, tho.
