Well when ever they choose I guess. I think by Dec. 22 should be enough time but like I said, when they choose.

Well, like I said, there can be only one real winner. We could have a list of the five best runner ups for honorable mentions. The winner will be given the choice of either a custom title if he/she does not have one yet, or to mod for a day in the forum of their choice. They would only have mod tools for that forum. They will not have access to the cp or to the mod forum.
