I do believe the Ents are immortal (ME-dictionary ), but I have no evidence. It's just my personal belief.

no, they are no emortal because it says in the book only fire and stong magic can KILL them

I really don't think they are immortal as elves are, but they live a long time.

The way I figured it was that they were a lot like trees in this respect -- they will live and grow as long as they are not destroyed. (Although judging by the seige of Isengard, I have a feeling that they are more than fairly capable at defending themselves. )
