I find it amusing the way stuff like "PC vs Mac" can take on a life of its own.

At least ppl haven't resorted to flaming each other about it, which I've often seen happen elsewhere...

It's not mine, it's been floating around the internet for years (my copy is dated Jan 21, 1999), so I don't care.

There may be other issues, though.

Most forums have a horizontal limit on avatar size to prevent the left-hand column from becoming too wide.
Although it's only cartoon violence, there may be an issue with the violence that occurs in that animation
Many users are annoyed by animated avatars.

Yeah - entmoot won't allow it because it has to be within 60x60 pixels. You could shrink it - but with that particular Avatar, since it's so wide, it'll just look terrible.
