With the answer I got from the dwarf I fell silent, deep in thought. I then looked around hoping to see Alasse, but to my dismay I could not spot her anywhere. "There was a Woman here yesterday;I would very much like to speak to her. Have you seen her at all this morning?" I said to the dwarf.

I was surprised when Vror chose me as one of the four people to accompany him. Had the dwarf recognized me after all? If he had, he'd apparently been kind -- no, wise enough to keep my secret. Losillewen, Laicalasse, Nilore, and I all followed Vror.

we left the other soldiers to set up camp outside the wall, and headed toward the Great gate. The gate was at least 50 feet in height and the walls 40 feet high. I walked over to the side of the gate and opened a small Box that was at the side of the gate, The box contained a small tube that came from inside the wall and up to the High Guard Tower, on the end of the tube there was a kind of funnel, I whistled into it and waited soon the reply came in the form of another whistle and A step ladder fell from the Guard Tower and landed on the Ground.

''If you would like to climb the ladder after me, we shall proceed to meet the Lord of this wall.'' I said and started to climb the ladder.
