Uhmm..I'm not sure, I got it from the local library.

I think it looks like it, but the actual CD has a big red 2 on it.

Yeah, the first one had too much promotional soundtracky stuff and not enough of the juicy content from within the film itself. The best solution is to take the best parts of both discs and burn them onto one...

We did so! There are hints all over this thread!
It's such a cliche-y movie, but I still love it. Masterpiece...

I know nearly all the words to every song on the first soundtrack. My friends love it too. We can do the ELM and ur song and come what may. i also lov Sparling diamonds and One day i'll fly away.

It's especially baffling that Moulin Rouge! and The Fellowship of the Ring, two of my favourite films of the perhaps hundreds I've watched, were both released in the same year... and neither won Best Picture.

Oh Moulin Rouge- where to begin!!!? Its amazing. Being a poet and a dancer I'm very Bohemian myself and it was nice to see a) a film and b) a musical bringing that msg across so well. My friends and I adore it and always cry- nearly as much as we do in LOTR! It was a combination of Moulin and LOTR that prompted a fan fic very well known by my friends- THE PRECIOUSSSSS! Mx
