I personally think its that new oxygel stuff. Cos its in perfect place but without stickyness or hard ness!!!!!!

I watch way too much tv. And the gel is not just for men, its for women too. Its really clever actually, it comes out of the bottle in a gel form but rub between hands and its like water!!!
