I won't say I know anything, cause I probably don't, but if I did, I wouldn't know it. Oh, well. Now that that's out of my system, let's get down to the important stuff.

From your last post, I think it's safe to assume we know what the word "suicide" on the door means... but how do you intend to show us the rest? (I personally hope you don't, esp. with the baby killer part, but that's just me)

I'm dreading what dark depths you delve to when dealing with the decadence of the church, (like that alliteration?) but we can still have hope, can't we? *glances at Nautipus, thinks for a moment* Nah, we can't.

Well, they're not necissarily going to the church to repent, but because of the burn in the ceiling. The attic was representative of a person, just as the other two things are, but you'll find out about that later.

I'm going to tell you what this story is all about...eventually. But you know what I usually try to write about, and this story is no different.

Mom had an abortion

That's really the only thing I can think of The church I think would be a safer place than the House because A) It's bigger or B) they have or one of them have a lot of Faith in God

Your sort of on the right track there.

This story is in fact meant to be on a very spiritual level, and the words on the doors have both a spiritual and a physical meaning, but not in the way you're picturing. I'm not going to give anything away here, but later on you'll find out.

Oh, and about the church: They're going there because of the burn in the attic ceiling. It was cross-shaped.

I'm not going to be able to work on the story for a little while, I've got mid-terms to study for, and plus I'm going to the coast from October 11-16 to do some experiments, so forgive me, please.

I've noticed the some of the words scribbled in the doors are the Seven Deadly Sins. I'm sensing a Catholic undertheme here. No offense meant.

None taken. I'm not Catholic though,

and though some are the so-called deadly sins, they are also sins in christian theology, I just chose them for the spiritual ramifications that will be explained later in the story.

hey guys, I know I'm working on this story right now, but tell me what you think of this: A race that has grown and flourished without technology, that uses biology as the basis for its advancement. If the whole needs a new tool, it simply breeds it, through active and concious arangement of the DNA code, and it has the ability to make new codes, and use it to make warriors, workers, queens, and even a leadership-caste type, with a more cognitave role. A race that is intellectually the match of the human race, just with a different set of tools.

That would be cool. And different. I would like to see how that plays out.

Don't worry bout working on multiple stories: I do it all the time. Keeps me from burning myself out on one. Of course that's just me

Yeah, I'm working on (last time i checked ) three stories, and if I make one out of this, then that would be four. And two of these stories are novels-in-the-making, so they take a lot of research and time.
