Alright, I agree Pytt; then I suppose he could've. But I don't think he had: after all what's so noble in keeping your souls in another one's bones? He chooses artifacts with symbolic meaning - not bodies. And anyway we already have a list of the 6 horcruxes.

So there.

if you want to believe that he intenterly stored his soul in a living thing, then that's your thought. but i still believe that he part of his soul into harry without obviously killing him, hense the scar.

The thing Horcruxes is that you need to kill someone to do it, but you don't need to store it in the body of the person you killed. That's obvious. Rowling writes the Harry WAS meant to be the the murder that Voldy would commit to make his last Horcruxe, but that doesn't mean he was going to intentionally put a peace of his soul in Harry, also. That's silly. I think, and have thought so for a long time, is that Harry IS the last Horcrux, and that Voldy mistakingly put a bit of his soul inside of Harry when he tried to kill him and failed. I agree that it doesn't make much sense at all for him to have done it intentionally, as he obviously has the intention of killing Harry. It would also explain a lot about the connection between Harry and Voldy, which still hasn't been explained. We know they're connected, but the reason is still unclear. But if a bit of Voldy's soul resides in Harry's body, that would explain some things...which, if true, points to a very tragic ending for the series.

here's a possibility, what if the unintentional piece of soul that went into harry was the scrap left inside voldemort when the curse rebounded upon him and should have killed him? that would make sense...i think...

you know, since voldy's body was destroyed, that last bit of soul that was IN HIS BODY at the time went into harry through the spell...far stretch, i know, but a theory's a theory!

These three articles go into detail about both Horcruxes in general, and what the Ravenclaw Horcrux could be:

quick question on the locket horcrux, but do you think that Regulas managed to destroy it, or is it still one?

i think the general concensus here is that it's the heavy locket we saw in Grimmauld...

i know that we think that the locket there is/was the Horcrux, but is it still one, or was it distroyed by Regulas (or whoever R.A.B was, see above)?
