That might be a good set-up coming from that. Lessee... we stay at the Sirion-delta. Eärendil grows up and marries Elwing. All peace and happiness... Then Fëanor's pesky sons come and spoil the party. Maybe Katt can set them up to it to get back at us for breaking the rules. We chicken out and hide as stow-away on Eärendil's boat. That way we get to be present at all the events in Valinor and on board the Vingelot. That makes writing easier.
We can leave Glorfie behind in Valinor because that's where he was supposed to end up anyway and all will be again according to the rules. With luck, we get away with only a slap on the wrist, unless the Valar have some more punishment in store for Maggie... After that we can hitch a ride back with the ships for the final show-down with Mr. Nelson. How does that sound? The only thing left to deal with would be the departure of Idril and Tuor. We could let the real Tuor resurface, releave RYT of his job, and take Idril on a boat trip. Or maybe RYT does leave with Idril and we pick him back up in Valinor. Or perhaps Random Young Tuor can become Random Young Eärendil. Any other ideas on this?

Hm, good point. (And good tactic. )
Well, then... I suppose we start with it, and if they have a better idea they better suggest when they got the chance. Okay, starting...

wait, who are Feanor's sons? Where do they play into all this? When's the final battle? ARG! I"m confused!!!
Edit: Feanor had seven bloody sons. two M's, three C's, and two A's who are apparently twins. Who cares? We'll give the major ones an honorable mention in some battle. I don't really want to use them for any evil plots, thankyouverymuch. on with the show! Last edited by klatukatt : 06-12-2005 at 01:33 AM. |

At this point I believe we only have Maedhros (still Claedhros?) and Maglor left. All the rest has kicked the bucket by now.
My plot was, that since these two will be attacking the city at the Sirion's Mouth because they want the sillymarillion and since you want to extract revenge on us for letting Glorfy live, I thought we could combine the two. You know, the one stone, two birds thingie. But if you don't want to use them in your evil plot, they'll have to come up with their own evil plot and attack us anyway.

Actually, now that Katt's gone and made Glor invisible to everyone except us I was going to enlist him for the final showdown with Nelson, see if he's up to being sneaky, that sort of thing. Appropriate no?

That was your vengence? A little invisibility-spell?
Oh well, sure, fine, whatever. *tosses plots out of the window* All fine by me.

More like everyone suddenly suffered a mass attack of writer's block. And left on holiday, although I believe we're all mostly back by now. Um... I got temporarily swallowed by parties and cleaning and writer's block. Yargh. I'll post eventually, really I will.

Well, I don't mind it going a little slower these days, though. My work is killing me and next week I'm off on holiday till the end of the month without internet and I'd hate to miss a lot of TLA-action.
So where exactly are Willow and Glorfy going? Since you mentioned horses, I reckon you weren't planning on sneaking onboard Eärendil's boat as I was thinking of.

What, already? I thought we'd said to keep him till the big battle when the Valar could be coming after a little prodding from Eärendil.
[ EDIT: Little spammer me, 6500 posts... Oi ]

Don't worry. We'll move slow, the final showdown can take place during the battle.

Mokay, at least now I understand.
I think I'll take Eärniel and a couple of TLA'rs (basically anyone who wants to come) to Valinor. We can meet back with you at the battle. That way we'd have someone at the events at Valinor.

Good, you're coming with me. I've left 'the others' open, so basically anyone can decide which way they go: with Willow and Glorfy or aboard Eärendil's ship. Or any other way you want to go at this point. But if you don't decide soon enough, I'll do it for you.
