Remind me again, have we met Maeve before on our Quests? I can't remember, but it's sort of important to continuity whether Eärniel recognised Maeve or not.

Well, I had wanted to poke you earlier this week for a Maeve post, but then you mentioned being busy with school and I didn't have the heart.

All we need to do now is handle the Wraak's crew, right? And exactly was it Maeve wanted from us? We'll have to get the wine from her too.

I've been poking myself to do it for the last few months and just had a massive case of writer's block for these characters. Maeve is just there to retrieve Willow. So all we have to do is deal with the Wraack, hand over the Wine and end it.

Except Maeve doesn't have the Wine.

Tano has it. Sometime while they were still in port she figured out that Vampires of the sort that Ignatius is wouldn't react to Holy Wine the way we would expect because he's from a world where the religious aspect of vampirism don't exist. Therefore Cap'n Eruvial can drink the Wine without ill effect, she's not the type of vampire it will recognize as evil.

So while we've been chasing eachother all over the place Tano pretended to run of with the players, took the Wine, stole a boat and headed off to the island where we left Cap'n. They should be catching up with the rest of us any moment now to resolve things.

Sound good?

Ooh, plot twist. That would tie up every loose end neatly...

So would Eruviel and Tano be coming to us, or would the note Tano left direct us back to the island where we left Eruviel?

They be coming to us. Because chances are, if we try to sail anywhere else this thing will take another year.

I think at this point since it seems to be just us three writing we should just write to finish it and not worry too much about whose can write which characters.

Hmm...not sure. I will probably continue to lurk.

The quest is over after all, so I will probably drift on and off. When I have more time I may be back more than just the odd day in a year, but for now I couldn't say.
