EntmootCon Planning (LotR Movie Meeting)

Ok... here we go.

People: post ALL your ideas, but ONLY the ideas concerning what to do at the EntmootCon

In a few days, we'll make a list out of these and later, we will vote on what we want (the most points for wins... )

Personnally, I'd like to view the old animation movies. Then I'd like to see the board game if anyone can find it (not in deutch!)

I'd like to go to some supper in a restaurant, and activities that are not too costly.

We could eventually split in two groups.... the youngs fools could go shopping or something while we, old fools, could go to some pub and enjoy a drink.

I don't think us "young fools" really want to go shopping to badly. And us "young fools" make up more than half the group, so I think it's somewhat uneccessary (damn, I hate spelling that word) for maybe a few people of the people to go to the bar and leave the majority of the group hanging.

Not talking about the board(Entmoot) game, but about the LOTR boad game. Has it been done in english?

An entmoot risk game would take to long. That would fill up a whole day. Ben has told me how long games of risk last at your house Greg..:P

Well... I usually use french to taunt Xivigg... as it's one of my good friends, we have a lot of inside jokes you wouldn't understand.... in french or english... so, why use english?

Back on topic, ... Risk is fine for me...

I found the LotR board game. It sounds like it might be fun, and accomodates 5 players if you include Fatty Bolger in the Fellowship. I guess we could have two or three of these games going at once.

I'm ba-ack! I think going into NYC would be a bad idea. It's gonna be such a short time, and I'm sure we'll find plenty to do without a big car trip

It's no longer than 45 minutes to get to NYC by train or car. (although train is probably more practical).

Well... I think me and Xivigg will like to go elsewhere, cause we'll already do something like 22 hours of train.
