Well, it looks as if there are around six of us, perhaps a little more. I think we should start now, before the interest dies. But what does everyone think of my idea? Should we have a new plot, or go along with the old one?

Elvishfaerie, I think it's your call, though if anyone else has an opinion on the matter, I'd be interested to hear from them too. Elvishfaerie, I think it's for you to send the first post of the RPG.

Thanks Lief Ericson. I think ur right different plot but i don't know where to start plus some of u havn't really said much about ur character and that. Maybe u should figure out how to start it Lief

Zavron and Eärniel, what kinds of characters are you going to play?

I'll probably play the wicked enchanter >). Does anyone want to be the person who starts out in the government and alerts everyone else as to the threat?

I think my main character is going to be a man named Athalt Cranain, and he'll be a captain under the command of the king.

He's a skilled swordsman and has been serving the king as a captain for four years now. He is medium height, has brown eyes and has become very strong due to his time as a soldier. He is respected by the soldiers that follow him and doesn't toe the rules unless he can see a very good reason to do so. He is becoming known for his prowess and leadership in border disputes with wild men of the hills.

I was thinking about recycling my very first RPG-character: A young woman from Rohan named Imarwyn. She's a trainer of horses and comes from an old but poor family. She doesn't wield a sword because she finds it too heavy to her liking, she fights with two long daggers or a spear instead. What she lacks in strength, she has in speed. She knows a thing or two about herbs but is no healer. In stature she's a bit smaller than most but not little.

It seems that quite a few of the players are elves. To link all of them into this adventure from the beginning, do any of you think they should know each other?

I have just Invented a carachter recently He's a maia, or I could play the Zanis which is a Halfelf-Half dragon, Or I could play my WeatherWarden, Or Vror son of Dror the Moria dwarf, Lhunithilion the elf, my evil Drow carachter, my good drow carachter, or Corbulas Cotton the shire Post-man. Each One carries a Ring, Helcey, The Quartz Ring of Ice.

Okay, I've decided to send the first post. It's named Hytorax, which is the name of the magical item the characters are going to be seeking out. It is the heart of the barrow downs.

The first post is a prologue. Later posts will be in the present, dealing with the situation described in the plot.
