Thank you very much, but I certainly don't have answers to everything. I am not actually that impressive, I'm not one of the "real" Tolkien scholars. Guys like Michael Martinez should get the "wow"s. You can count their mistakes on one hand. I just read too much. Which book were you talking about? Morgoth's Ring?

I don't know what the Tolkien Encyclopedia says, but there is a theory that the Olog-hai were made from Entwives. They first appeared around the same time as the disappearance of the Entwives. But Tolkien never mentions it.
