When I have trackmeets, I get really nervous, so my dad always leaves a note for me at my place at the counter where I eat breakfast. They say that he's praying for me and that I'll do great. It makes me feel alot better.

Going into this used bookstore and looking at all the Tolkien books. It's a really cozy bookstore, and it just makes me feel happy.

*waking up in the middle of the night and thinking it's time for you to get up and get ready. Then you look at the clock and realize you have 2 hours left to sleep... great feeling...

How sweet, Khadrane! That reminded me of this one:

~when my mom puts a note or card in my lunchbox on the day of something important - she did this on the day of Talent Group (singing) tryouts
~hanging out in B&N (I could live there, seriously, they have a little cafe and everything! Also the mall is right across the street so that would take care of clothing...)
~just being in a great mood!
~when it's been really cold/rainy fo several days and all of a sudden it gets nice and warm
~having an intellectual conversation with Dad or one of my friends
~playing Phase 10 with my dad's side of the family at Christmas - this is a tradition that's been going for years, most of us stay up till about 1 or 2 in the morning playing that game!
~when my crush makes me laugh

Well, I think I just took one of the fastest showers ever! But the house is ready now, and I put on some classical music to surprise them when they walk through the door. I sure hope they end up being just as happy as I am right now...

Arathorn - you went to school in scotland?

I LOVE christmas. Its not so much the presents its the way everything is so magical and almost everyone is happy!!!

You get an overwhlming sense of community!

I also like strawberry ice cream (duh!).

My birthday has just passed (4th April).

My mum and I always go really overboard with the christmas tree and spend about two hours finding the biggest one there!
