I have written my letter (quite professionaly i think!!!)

and I am sending it off tomorrow once I find an envelope.

here it is:

Dear Customer Services,

I regret to inform you of my disappointment in your quality of services. As a great fan of Lord of the Rings I was pleased to see that you had released a Cadbury’s Lord of the Rings Easter Egg complete with heat sensitive mug. I purchased the product as a present for a college of mine only to find that on the back of the packaging, the names had been misprinted.

The character’s “Merry” and “Pippin” had had their names swapped which is not a small mistake to make and, I can imagine, could cause some upset to the actors who apparently are not important enough to have their names remembered.

For your reference, the product is A Cadbury’s “The Lord of the Rings – The Fellowship of the Ring milk chocolate egg with heat sensitive Lord of the Rings mug.”

I look forward to your thoughts on the matter, which I would appreciate being sent to the address above right.

I think it's alright to eat chocolate if you're vegetarian coz chocolate comes from the cacao plant.

Cadburys isnt. Or galxy. Or mars. It has an E number which contains animal/fishfat.

The only safe chocolate I know of (that's any good) is Tesco's chocolate.
