Quite good, really. Surely you know though that in the summer the temperature is often some 15 - 30 C. And unfortunately the long life isn´t so common anymore,(nor is farming) since one of the most common health problems include high colesterol, cancers and alcohol. I must admit I didn´t know about that sauna - thing. Thank you for answering!

The Finnish-americans I know are U.P. farmers. Good folk.

I'm an ignorant 'suthron. Degrees celsius are a mystery to me. Interpreted in Fehrenheit, you just told me it's below freezing.

N.B. - I just found out that the google search line does conversions - type "30 degrees Celsius to Fahrenheit" (or any other conversion) in the search line, and it does the conversion - nifty!

I was wondering how they could squeeze another sequel out of that kind of movie. They did, apparently.
So it was a good movie?

very good. and, surprisingly, utterly unoffensive for a Catholic such as myself. then again, i'm a rather free-spirited Catholic, but my bishop even found it "charming"!

one of the best lines, IMHO, was Morgan Freeman's "and to the Republic, for which it stands, one nation, under me..."

Hmm, hopefully I'll be going to see Evan Almighty with my Ian tomorrow... I adored Bruce Almighty, some of it just had me rolling.

Wow, the 19th Teacup Cafe. That goes rather fast.
By the way: anyone any idea what to do to keep the stuff in your room dry with a very high degree of humidity?
The rainy season has started and even the sheets on my bed aren't dry anymore.

It got pretty muggy all of a sudden here. I'm hoping the other shoe will drop and it'll rain soon.

Yeah, in my church we sometimes use dessicants, too. The sopranos sing them over the typical hymns, on the last chorus to make it more exciting. [/musicnerdjoke]
