Huge difference! For one, American cheese is nasty, IMO. Not much one for Brie, either (sorry Gwai).

I *know* about cheese which is really good, and REAL. As in, made of milk and nothing else. It's great to know somebody who has a farm and manufactures all sorts of dairy products, yumm.
