Actually, this is true. The mind communicates to another organ of the body, which sets up 'vibrations' . These vibrations are transmitted through an invisible medium to another individual, who, amazingly, is able to transform these 'vibrations' back into the original communicative intentions of the sender.

telepathy is something that your born with. and it's just like sports, some are better than others, and the more you practise, the betta ya get.
"speaking" to animals is an entirely different gift and i hear it's harder.
Mental rehab isn't all that weird.. Professor X (from x-men) does it all the time..

There are two kinds of telepathy, projective and receptive.

There are also different levels, empathic, iconic, and subvocal

I suggest as a first step you study literature on body language and emotional feedback, then follow it up with some reading on alpha/theta wave research.

All in all though I expect that unless you were born with a "maestro" talent, you're gong to get bored after decades of daily iron willed practice...
