Boring? Maybe a little more sensible than the rest of them...

I'm Maedhros too

Boring, I say. Celegorm, Caranthir and myself are the only ones with any courage.

Too many Maedhros around here And I'm one of them...
Is it bad if I say I don't exactly know who he is? *gets ready to run for safety* I really ought to read the Silmarillion some day. I'll add it to my list...

*shakes head in disgust*

Maedhros (or Nelyafinwë Maitimo in Quenya), is the eldest son of Fëanor. He's a bit of a wimp, and can't handle the fire when it comes to leading, so he passes it off to incompetent Half-Uncle Fingolfin, after which everything goes to proverbial 'hell in a handbasket.'

I don't care if he's a wimp. I think he's a cutie. *hug*

Katya, you passed the 2000! Woohoo! It's a good thing we've already got a party going in the Teacup (sort of), we'll just add this to the reasons for celebrating

Rinkë... I'm sorry *tries to look remorseful (?) but fails*, but I will read the Sil someday, I promise! Just don't have time right now... and my book list is like a mile long... >_<

Curufin was kidding...I hope. Maedhros survived the torment of Morgoth to wield sword left-handed as deadly as ever with his right. The only one in Middle Earth tough enough to take out Maedhros was Maedhros. And unlike his brothers, he didn't get outsmarted by Men who were supposed to be his friends.

Maedhros was the Chuck Norris of Middle Earth.

I was IC (in character) in that last post.

I like all the sons of Fëanor, actually. They're all special in their own ways. Maedhros is one of my favorites, and I actually play him in several RP's.

Haha, I wasn't at all offended or feeling chastised or whatever. But I do feel kinda embarrassed about taking the test without knowing who the test is about. What can I say? I just like this kind of tests
But I really do want to read the Sil and what you told me about the sons of Fëanor sound interesting. Just don't have time right now. I might have more time if I didn't hang around here too much

I hesitate to do this because I've been misconstrued before, but if you lack time to read but have time where you can listen to a CD or iPod, the Silmarillion audio book is wonderful. I love it.

Maedhros for me too. Hm... oldest sibling syndrom plus left-handedness? Check and check. Red hair not so much but runs in the family...

Which son I am?

I'm the one that nose-bleeds every time there is a battle and start having intense cough-ups and "heart failure" whenever I'm asked to join one
