Wow, we have quite an international crowd! If I can pic a second favorite minor character it's Fangorn.

I like Fangorn too. He(well, all the ents, really)have a smooth take on life. They seem to go out of their way to avoid bothering other races and they just want to let everybody get along if everyone else will extend them the same courtesy. I really like that philosophy. I think that the world could take a hint from that.

Aye! Actually I grew up in Carpinteria, left to go to college in Northern California, moved back with my wife to Santa Barbara then moved to Lompoc and work in Goleta! Who knows, we may have literally been neighbors at one point!
