Ooc: Ok, so the Valar were informed as well. He could have escaped and started organizing an evil scheme but we stopped it before it got too far. It could happen!

I laughed silently. I am rather harder to tire then most Men, but it is rather odd isnt it? she nodded and smiled. I put her atop Shabaq since she couldnt trust her legs to do much. With a determined nod Kalile, Fimbren and the others moved ahead. She must miss her daughter dearly. I thought to myself.

Luthien was riding with Seth atop his horse. She rested her head on Seth's shoulders.

I love you she thought, knowing he could hear her. Thank you for helping me recover from the spider bite.

Luthien was regaining her strength. It wouldn't be long before she would be back to normal again.

I love you too, but we have a job to do we had walked for quite a while after that when we suddenly halted. the enemy was near.

Myanduri halted. She had heard the enemy far off. But the enemy had not yet heard them. Her days as an assassin were coming back. She wante to use the element of surprise. She wanted to ambush them. But she wouldn't move until someone in a leadership position made a decision.

IC:

Luthien picked up the faint sound of feet scuffling. They seemed to be surrounding them.

This is no time to be weakLuthien thought to herself. There'll be time to recover later.

With her bow and knives strapped to her back, she gathered all her strength and nimbly leaped towards the tree branch above them. Arrows in hand, she disappeared into the large tree.

She needed a better look as to who or what was about to attack.

Luthien quickly and stealthily leaped from tree to tree until she came across and orc camp. About 400 orcs and their Wargs were camped outside a large opening.

That must be the entrance thought Luthien. Now all we need to do is find another way in...a way with a slighlty smaller welcoming party.

gah! there she goes again! I cursed quietly and unstrapped my halberd, following the errant elf. one would have thought she had learned her leason of not wandering off.

I sneaked around in the tre tops and saw a horrendous mess that was the entrance. No way in the walks of hell were we going to get through that! I saw Luthien in the tree adjacent to mine and signaled for her and Mya to head round the side where i had seen an orcs go through a crack.

They headed off and i went back to get fimbren and resume the chase.

Luthien leaped through the trees until the crack was visible. She sat and waited for Seth to regroup, watching the entrance carefully. She monitored how many orcs came in and out at a time. Not very many, but still a significant amount that they would have to camoflouge to get in. They would need disguises.
