Wheeee! The computer's been taken in (I'm on one at the collage right now) and it should be done later today.
With any luck, the post I wrote over thanksgiving is still on it. I really don't feel like rewriting the darn thing . |

What should we do to continue?

My thought was for ButterBeer to post next, since the girl (who I almost forgot we had in tow ) spoke directly to his character.
If nothing else, I'll just godmode . |

Best to bear in mind that Butterbeer is going to take a break from the Entmoot soon and that we will have to find a way to juggle his character as well.

That's what he told us over at the Nazgul-ect-RPG discussion. He said he'll leave around Christmas but hasn't given a possible date for return as far as I know. You'll have to ask him for details.

Gottle of gear!
that's my stock answer all enquiries line. Well, whaddya expect ..have you seen the complexities of Artharon??? I hear tell Lief has (or is) going to pm you earniel about east afflick over there? ...boy, lief can be a bit 'sketchy' when he creates worlds and some concise background reading, huh? Yup, i will be around till either Thursday or Friday ..then it's poncho flipping, sombrero dipping, sunest skied roads a hittin' .... Ad ios Amigos! *hears the ghostly lilting tunes of enrico whatsisname playing down the windswept sun-hazed baking roads ...* Yup, well Do what you like with Fletch ... it's been fun, in a slow, genteel, quiet, almost snoozy sort of way ... I'll see you tessar on artharon ... and possibly even Earniel???? best all, BB |

I imagine the main Atharon RPG is going to be moving at a pace that isn't eccentric. There is a lot of reading available, for those interested in Atharon's background (like Minor Fwan and I), but most of it isn't necessary, and that of it which is necessary can be skimmed through. I don't believe it should be necessary to come to a choice between Mirkwood and Atharon. As you have pointed out, Mirkwood is moving at a leisurely pace. By and large, Atharon has thus far moved at a pretty leisurely pace as well. Keeping up with both shouldn't be unmanagable, I should think, else I wouldn't have suggested it to Eärniel or Tessar (as I have). But if it comes to a choice between the Atharon and Mirkwood, I do hope you'll stick with Mirkwood . You started Mirkwood before you started Atharon, and I'm very much in favor of good RPGs making it all the way to their glorious climaxes.

How long you going to be gone for BB? We'll miss you over in Tharbad.

Well, BB left before making his last reply here, so I took the liberty to do it for him. I suppose I felt a bit god-mody.
We're one player shorter now but lets kick this game back in at least a higher gear. New year's three days behind us so you all should be rid of any hang-overs by now. That is, unless you have all deflected to Atharon by now.

Recap please...
Can someone give me a recap on the entire RP so far, or at least the current events? I beg of you, please! I was going to join the RP, if that's OK, and I read the whole first page when I realized how long it was... Then I read part of the most current page but it wasn't enough for me to run with... So, if anyone could just catch me up on the basics that'd be great!

It would probably be better for you to read the RPG so you can know what has happened in the detail it did. Then you could also perhaps take up a character of an unactive Mooter or make your own one.

I agree with TD that reading it will be better.
In any case you don't have to worry that you won't have enough time to read the game through, it's been dormant for about a month or so.
