Luthien was happy to learn she was a seamstress.

Luthien: Finally, something useful to do down 'ere in the brig.

The cap'n had brought her some supplies and the measurements of the entire crew, so Luthien began making shirts, pants, and waistcoats for the entire crew. She even began making a long cap'n's coat for the cap'n.

Luuthien: Better be nice to 'er if I want out o' this brig.

Tano: 'Cause I know some great bats, I could try and contact 'em if you like. I mean, if you wanna talk to 'em I should probably tell 'em now, 'cause they have a tendency to get twanged rather often and we want 'em sober when we talk, or at least mostly sober--but they aren't prongs, and I can make 'em promise not to eat or conk any of the crew.

ooc: Okay. Sorry about all the slang. These are translations:

Bat: Slang for vampire, referring to the shifting shape.

Twanged: Slang for a bat when drunk; they get into this state by either drinking a drunk person's blood or by drinking too much blood (FYI: Bats do NOT drain entire human beings!)

Prong: What Anne Rice and Amelia Atwater-Rhodes write. The stuck up, arrogant vampires who are very much "we are children of the night" and "we are superior to mortals" and so on and so forth and are REALLY annoying that way.

Conk: Slang referring to the process of turning someone into a vampire. I conked, you conked, she will be conked.

Yes. I'm sorry I had to do all this--I don't want this to turn into a Vampire RPG. I just felt that I should represent my friends properly. Any questions, PM me.

Roya: Cause i been passin through the ole logs and i think i can forge the papers of owner ship to prove its ours should the coast guard show up.

Tano: Oh. tell the cap'n.

*Roya wanders about and runs straight into EG*

Roya: *salutes* Cap'n! I think i can fend off the coast guard!

Roya: Forge the papers.

*Ear comes behind EG*

Ear: well, that wont do much.

Roya: well, mayhaps not but it'll fool em long enough fer us ta stick a couple cannon balls inna their side an' run like the devil!

EG: Good girl! so whatcha needen ta do this with?

Roya: I gotta go to a port and clear it with a couple "friends" o mine ta make it seem legit.

Ear: how do you know their goning to be in that port?

Roya: Hell, just jingle a bag a gold and they'll be right next ts yas!

Luthien kept sewing. She had aready finished three shirts and the capn's coat was half finished.

Luthien: I hope everyone likes these.

She had been careful to sew the intitials of the wearer on the inside of the shirts so that they could be told apart. She hummed an old drinking song as she worked.

*roya makes her way over to the cell but keeps about two arms lenghts away*

Luthien: No, but it would be nice if you would deliver these finished clothes to their owners, the innitials are in the insides of the clothes.

Roya: put em down away from ya an i'll get em, put yer hands up over yer head sos i can see um!

*luthien does that and just to make certain, Roya takes out all valuable items, keys included, out and puts them a safe distance away. She goes gets the clothes, retrives her items and makes her way up to distribute the clothes*

Singing drinkin' songs are partly what a pirate's all about.
