Neh, I just thought 'handed' means 'gave'. It made problems, and I guessed Elrond... since I didn't exactly understan what standard is. (now I understand it's a royal flag.)

The fact that your question are easy, is because you give names of places. I can just go to the index and see what are they, or who are the people/subjects you;'re talking about.

I don't know your bonus. My guess is Moranon, though I'm pretty sure it's means the black gate and not the turret.
