There we go. It's all better now.

How many voices can Anfal do??? Wow Anfal you should go on stage! How big is this tent anyway? ... is it a big top? ... the party could do with a morale boosting performance! btw: the odds on fletch's first words being "mead" have been cut drastically by the up and coming new favourite: "Gottle of geer!" Cheers TD! ... sorry i was a bit vague on the first pm! Last edited by Butterbeer : 09-04-2005 at 07:54 AM. |

I hope that the new Nazgul RPG doesn't damage this one. I notice that several people from this RPG are playing in the other one as well, and doing two at once is harder than doing one alone. So just stick with it! Mirkwood has been an interesting RPG so far. Though I haven't kept up on all of it, I've read portions. I hope very much it endures the buffets of time and now competition, to reach its ending.

Thans for the vote of confidence, Lief. We managed to restart after some longer lapses of silence so I'm relatively confident we'll see it through to the end. I'm sure our fearless leader will make sure of that.
Doing two games at once is indeed more time-demanding than one but as far as myself is concerned, I've always been playing in more games than one at the time. So I'm used to it. In fact I'm currently playing in 4 different RPG's.

is tessar feeling any better?
i can't quite come out of the coma just yet .. i only just went into it! bang fletch over a horse for now, and bury Ravenlocks (i'm glad you mentioned that bit! put a flower and a (small) mead bottle on her grave for fletch ... he'd appreciate that. I've been twiddling me thumbs most times, and Td has been away a fair bit over the summer ... plus both Td and i also do multiple rpg's ... if the nazgul and kings rpg has any repercussions for any other rpg it would be the fellowship of the ringwraiths ... but i hope and trust that will not happen ... rather it may add excellent backstories for that rpg whch is set during the war of the ring... and give it new depth... |

I just brought it up because in the RPGs I played in the past, most people were only doing that RPG and not others simultaneously. Thus I'm a bit unsure as to how this will turn out, never having seen something quite like it before. If one RPG becomes really fun and starts going really fast, (Nazgul naturally is right now, because it's just starting) I hope the other does not get left too many miles behind.

Yes Tessar is feeling better, thank you for asking . Still not great, though, and having to trudge up to college to take my classes isn't making me feel very much better.
I've been so fuzzed up that I didn't want to post, but since I'm feeling better I think I may just try to write something tonight and then double-check it tomorrow before posting it. |

Ah, thanks BB. I hate replying to myself in RPG's. I suggest you make camp ahead and maybe this is a good time for Eaol to wake up, isn't it? The guy's been unconcious since page one! And he may be able to tell us what he might have told Seppicor.
Oh fearless leader, are we feeling better these days?

Many thanks for keeping the thing moving guys--I haven't dropped the RPG, I've just been having trouble getting in time for writing this last week or two.

I am of course guessing about the wizard head-start because I have no idea of how fast a horse travels.
Interesting use of 'traitor', Tessar. I believe that you had spoken of 'assassin' instead of 'traitor' up to now. A question. There's only 4 active players left of the small dozen that started. What do we do with the surplus of characters? Do we abandon them somewhere since no one's playing them anymore? Do we keep them all in group-control or do we divide some among the players we have left? Just wondering.

TD ... when you say "tend to Lanor again' ....
ooops, sorry TD .. just checked ... t'was Kalin, not Anfal ... btw TD , you're a Brit... everytime i read or hear "lanor" i just think of the washing powder or liquid ... just can't shake that from my head Tessar, liked the angle on Ravenlocks and torturing Eaol .... glad she was some story use then! can we write non-active characters, while fletch has a cosy coma for a short while? Tis too soon in rpg time for him to surface just yet ... Last edited by Butterbeer : 09-28-2005 at 06:25 PM. |
