Hi, guys! Sorry I've been away for sooooo long, but real life was upon me in a big way.

But I'm back as much as I can be during this busy time.

ItalianLegolas: Welcome to Entmoot! You are welcome to participate in any of the chapter discussions, both the current one AND the ones in the project subforum. At some point in time, we may have to reassign a section intro., which I'll post as being up for grabs, so if you're willing to do that when/ ifit happens -- great!

Valandil -- I can't thank you enough for keeping up with the project during my unannounced absence.

Have you gotten a response to your PM to Brownie yet? If not, I'm going to email him. If we haven't gotten a response by Mon or Tue, I'll go ahead and reassign it to keep things moving. I'm sure he'll understand.

Yes azalea - sorry I didn't pass it along, but Mr Jenkins says that he will indeed be able to post the rest of his by Dec 21 - and Artanis will then post hers on Jan 4.

Again - no need to thank me. YOU did all the HARD work to set this up and get it going... I'm having to do VERY little by comparison to help you keep it going.

Heck... it's not HALF as hard as splittin' threads, eh Earni??

Eh, since I only had one chapter I tend to think they all come single... But with having burried under homework as I have been the last week I think I have a legimate excuse.

And it was easy to be patient with you - especially since you had already covered for someone else.

You know - I had been thinking to keep it in the same thread as your other, but I'm thinking now it's best as a separate thread like you made it - so I'll leave it that way. I just figure since the discussion has gone as far as it did on the one chapter - people may not so much notice the additional material covered if we just add it into the same one. That OK with you, azalea?

Thank you Artanis! Now I just have to catch up in my reading...

azalea - "luinilwen" is up next. I see that she hasn't been logged on since May, so I emailed her, asking if she was willing to still take the assignment - and that she had two weeks to do it. Shall we give her a week to respond, then offer it to someone else who is willing to take it, if necessary?

EDIT: the email bounced back - so I guess Chapters 9 & 10 are up for grabs. Any takers?

I'm willing, but: a) I'm doing the next assignment after this one b) I've already taken an extra assignment someone dropped, give someone else a chance and c) even if a and b weren't considerations enough, I'm a bit swamped right now and couldn't guarantee a timely summary for the next week or so.

We had it slated for Jan 18, but if it takes a few more days, that'd still be great. Could you have it that soon? Can you do the two chapters together at that time?
