(Darn, sorry if I'm getting the genders incorrect. I have to guess. Grr!) Stupid web sites. Incidentally, vad betyder ordet 'og'?

Swedish is very close to English. (Too close, IMO. I hate that it is so close at times). And Deutsch is meant to be closer. You, a fluent speaker of both, should understand it well.

Besides, no-one else here understands any other language I know.

So I'm forced to use Swedish, though my Swedish is really poor since I have hardly studied it, and the last time I did was over a month ago, methinks. Except for looking up random words in the lexicon.

The word 'og' is not Swedish though. It's Danish and Norwegian. The Swedish equivalent would be 'och'.

I'm not Saami. They live waaay up in the north of Sweden (and Norway and Finland). I live in the Royal capital
