I think it's random!!! It's not so weird. I tried it and i had Legolas. I changed it all and had Legolas too!!! I'm a Legolas man!!!

Well, the first time I took it, a very long time ago, I said my weapon of choice is sword, and I didn't want to be married, yet it gave me Arwen. I changed the preferred weapon and got Legolas, and have ever since. . .
