Sauron
Sauron should never had made the Ring. He should have made a clone 1/4 his size and called him Mini-DarkLord. Go with Dr. Evil.

Hey if Sauron puts 1/4 of his power in Mini, Mini can go out and work in the field, make sure things get done properly, and if he gets killed so what? His form dies, he goes back to Sauron and gets a new one. Its brilliant!!
