My pain is terrible!!!

OK, for just about 2 weeks every spring, the pollen count is so high that I can barely open my eyes. What's funny is that I don't get all stuffed up in the sinuses or anything. I am not allergic to anything except when the pollen reaches a certain level my eyes sting so damn much for about 2 weeks straight. Which means I can barely stay up and read my books. The only reason I am on the computer is because I have to wait for an email. YAAARRRGGG!!!

Haha! I have the same problem, but I can't breathe if I try to keep my head in reading position, so I haven't read in weeks. Next time I'm OK enough I hope I can get through all the Appendixes.

I feel your pain. I'm one of the most allergic people on the planet and live in the Deep South, which in spring and summer is just short of tropical. The place is crawling with honeysuckle right now, and the apartment complex I live in is obssessed with maintaining a buzzcut-short lawn even in summer, so they mow the grass like every week, and of all plant products that debilitate me, none is worse than freshly mowed grass.

i get allergies but i use this spray so i feel better and my nose clears thats one thing about spring but anglorfin you dont get stuffed up?

I never get stuffy at all. Just all the stuff in the air really irritaes my eyes to the point where I can't heep them open for more than 30 min without crying.

i've got pretty bad allergies too, but mostly to dust. sad thing is, i'm very allergic to my room. can't breathe proper when i wake up in the morning. i miss my dorm room; i wasn't allergic to it

I have the same problem, and on top of asthma, and our vacuum is crap too but my parents insist nothing is wrong with it. So I'll just die up there in my room... no problem...

Allergies + Asthma = Pure Bloody Miserable Hell

Then again, it wouldn't hurt if I sat up once in a while, like in a chair, instead of laying on the floor and choking on dust bunnies.
