What is this? Microsoft's assault on the functionality of my computer, or some kind of game?

i also only have the trial version
it is a brilliant game nurvi, you are 'the resistance', and you create vehicles (tanks, helicopters, planes etc) to defeat your enemies (thje taerkastens and ghorkovs in Trial, others in full include aliens) by destroying their vehicles, conquering sectors, blowing up buildings, capturing power stations, and you can eliminate an enemy by destroying their host station |
