Gollum

Gandalf/Ian McKellan, Smeagol/Andy Serkis, Strider-Aragorn/Viggo Mortensen. Oh, and Galadriel/Cate Blanchett, she looked a lot like what I thought Galadriel was like. And Shadowfax - the horse was spot on.

I have to go with Shelob.

Which was the one character I was worried about looking totally phony!

galadriel looked good (no pun intended), and shelob was good, and the trolls were all cool, but the black riders looked exactly the way i picture them.

Why? They were really intimidating...especially for what they could fit into PG.

Boromir was very well casted and costumed. He looked very similar to how I pictured him.

The outfit that ran the convention has extra signed autographed photos and I'm considering Gimli as I think his character was the most human.
